The CuX series features compact and high-performance multilayer piezo actuator stacks designed for challenging industrial and scientific environments. Built with advanced piezoceramic (PZT) materials, they deliver fast response, outstanding reliability, and accurate displacement over a broad voltage range.
Copper inner electrodes provide superior humidity resistance and long-term reliability, while lead-free bonding allows operation in high temperature environments up to 200°C.
