Can I visit the booth without a reservation?
Yes, walk-ins are always welcome. The difference with booking is that we reserve a dedicated time slot with one-on-one engineer guidance and prepare the relevant demo in advance based on your needs. Since the show gets busy, booking ahead saves you from waiting on-site if you already have specific questions.
Can I actually operate the demo units myself?
Yes. Both modules of the wafer-level metrology demo are real hardware, open for hands-on use — at the nanopositioning stage (TRITOR 102 SG + microscope), turn the knob yourself and watch the wafer pattern shift; at the micro-gripping station, operate a Grippy micro-gripper under a live camera feed to grip and release a ⌀125 µm optical fiber. If you'd like to see a specific travel range, precision, or dynamic response, let us know in the notes field when booking and we'll prepare it in advance.
How long does a tour take, and what should I prepare?
Each session runs about 15–20 minutes, and you don't need to bring anything. Just knowing the approximate travel range, precision, and load for your application is enough; for a deeper discussion, leave an application description in the notes field and we'll prepare relevant materials.
What is the AI Product Selector? Is it free?
It's free. It's an AI tool built from Nahshon's 30 years of application-engineering experience: describe your travel range, precision, load, and application in plain language, and it narrows down the right product direction before our engineers take over for the details. It debuts at this show and remains available afterward.
I'm not in the laser or photonics industry — is this still relevant for me?
Absolutely. Precision positioning and custom ball screws span semiconductor inspection, automation, precision manufacturing, and academic/research applications; the Taipei International Industrial Automation Exhibition is co-located, so it's an easy walk over. If you're unsure whether it applies to you, the fastest way to find out is to come talk to us.
Can I bring my own samples or drawings to discuss on-site?
Very welcome — it's the most efficient way to talk. Bring drawings, samples, or spec sheets and our engineers can give you a preliminary assessment of feasibility and direction on the spot; for anything confidential, we can schedule a follow-up visit to your company after the show.
Can I get a quote on the spot?
For standard products, yes, we can provide an estimate on-site. For custom items (screw specs, special travel ranges, or integration projects), we'll note down your requirements and follow up with a formal quote within 1–2 business days.
Is it convenient to drive and park there?
Nangang Exhibition Center has an underground parking lot, but spaces are limited during the show. We recommend taking the MRT instead — Bannan Line or Wenhu Line to "Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center" station, about a 3-minute walk via the connecting corridor directly to the venue.
Will someone from the German manufacturer be at the booth?
We stay in real-time contact with the German manufacturer throughout the show. For in-depth technical questions, you can register on-site and we'll arrange a video call with their engineers, or schedule a technical meeting after the show.
After talking at the booth, how do you follow up?
Once you leave your contact details, we'll reach out proactively after the show with selection advice, a quote, and Traditional Chinese technical materials (including the fiber alignment Application Note). From selection through implementation and after-sales support, you'll work with the same local team throughout.
