Series Overview

The NS series is NSK's current standard-load, low-profile linear guide lineup (CAT. No. E3332c), maintaining standard load capacity while reducing overall assembly height — suited to automation modules and precision equipment with limited mounting space. Sizes span 15/20/25/30/35, with square low-profile (AL/CL) and flanged (EM/JM) block types; AL/EM are standard-length high-load types, CL/JM are short medium-load types.

Accuracy & Preload Grades

Interchangeable blocks are available in high precision (PH) and normal (PC) grades, with fine clearance (no code), slight preload (Z) or medium preload (H). Standard material is special high-carbon steel; stainless steel (code S) is also available.
