Product Description

RS3232A is a standard-length rolled shaft for NSK R-series (transfer equipment) ball screws: shaft diameter 32 mm, lead 32 mm, rolled accuracy Ct10 with slight clearance (no preload). Standard lengths: 1,000 / 2,000 / 3,000 mm (ordering code = RS + dia/lead code + A + length code in 100 mm units: 1,000 mm -> RS3232A10; 2,000 mm -> RS3232A20; 3,000 mm -> RS3232A30). Shaft ends are supplied blank - cutting, annealing, turning and keyway milling are done by the customer, or can be arranged via NSK / Nahshon (machining guidelines: E3162 B340 / B345).

R-series nut assemblies and screw shafts are sold separately: nuts ship mounted on an arbor and are transferred onto the shaft at assembly (procedure: E3162 B340).
