XY-SR620HFN002 is an NSK Megaposiitioner SR series ultra-high-torque rotary positioning unit (SR620H body), FN002 precision positioning spec — absolute accuracy 40 arc-sec, repeatability ±5 arc-sec. The SR series integrates a Megatorque direct-drive motor with a non-backlash reducer: high rotational rigidity for fast positioning of high-inertia loads (allowable load inertia 700 kg·m², allowable moment load 2 770 N·m), with a large-bore hollow output shaft and axial runout of 10 µm or less.
Direct drive + zero backlash: conventional servo + reducer setups suffer backlash and wear, degrading accuracy over time. The SR's non-backlash reduction mechanism directly coupled to the Megatorque motor keeps accuracy stable for life, closed-loop controlled by a 62 914 560 divisions/rev position sensor. Ideal for large rotary tables, heavy-duty index tables, and panel/semiconductor transfer.
