NSK Grease LR3 (ordering code NSK GRS LR3) is a grease dedicated to NSK linear products (ball screws, linear guides, Monocarrier): Lithium soap base thickener, base oil viscosity 30 mm²/s at 40°C, consistency 228, dropping point 208 °C, operating range -30～+130 °C. Use: High speed, medium load; standard grease for PSS (dia. 15 mm or over), FSS, FA (some specs excepted) and VFA ball screws; lubrication life exceeded 2,000 h in a 150°C endurance test.
Supplied in an 80 g bellows tube (Green) that clips straight onto the NSK hand grease pump. Unopened tubes contain a small amount of air - pump it out before use.
