USS1205N1D0221 is an NSK Compact FA series USS-type (high accuracy / cleanroom use) precision ball screw: 12 mm shaft diameter, 5 mm lead, 221 mm overall length, accuracy grade JIS C3, zero backlash (oversize-ball preload), stroke 100 mm nominal / 130 mm max, with basic load ratings of Ca 3.75 kN (dynamic) and C0a 5.81 kN (static). The USS type uses NSK LG2 low-dust grease (approx. 90% less dust than general lithium grease) and is designed for cleanroom environments such as semiconductor / LCD process and inspection equipment, while retaining the short lead times of a standard-stock series.
