USS1505N1D0561 is an NSK Compact FA series USS-type (high accuracy / cleanroom use) precision ball screw: 15 mm shaft diameter, 5 mm lead, 561 mm overall length, accuracy grade JIS C3, zero backlash (oversize-ball preload), stroke 400 mm nominal / 459 mm max, with basic load ratings of Ca 6.41 kN (dynamic) and C0a 10.1 kN (static). The USS type uses NSK LG2 low-dust grease (approx. 90% less dust than general lithium grease) and is designed for cleanroom environments such as semiconductor / LCD process and inspection equipment, while retaining the short lead times of a standard-stock series.
