Positioning
The USS type is the high-accuracy / cleanroom member of the Compact FA family: JIS C3 accuracy, zero backlash (oversize-ball preload), lubricated with NSK LG2 low-dust grease (approx. 90% less dust than general lithium grease). Ideal for semiconductor / LCD process and inspection equipment in cleanrooms. Standard stock: shaft dia. 10 / 12 / 15 mm, lead 5 mm, 10 part numbers (per CAT. No. E3239b).
