Series Overview

Nanopositioning in space needs three obedient axes. Three-axis piezo stages provide XYZ motion in one monolithic flexure structure — all axes share one reference frame, so accuracy is not lost to stacking, and the footprint is far smaller than three stacked stages.

    microTRITOR fits three-axis positioning into a cubic-centimeter volume: a few micrometers of XYZ travel with sub-nanometer resolution — born for endoscopic optics, miniature instruments and other space-extreme applications.
  • miniTRITOR

    miniTRITOR offers 38 µm travel in all three axes at palm size: the golden ratio of volume to capability, a decades-long classic for fiber and waveguide alignment in tight spaces, with optional closed loop.
  • TRITOR

    TRITOR is the flagship of the three-axis family: monolithic flexure XYZ with 38–400 µm travels and central aperture — for decades the three-axis standard in AFM, confocal microscopy and fiber alignment.
