PZ Series/x and z translation stages
PZ 400 OEM
Product Description
Due to solid state flexure and parallelogram construction, the PZ 400 OEM nano-positioning stage can travel without any mechanical play in the X or Z axes, and provide a much higher resolution than is possible with mechanical or electromechanical systems.
This PZ piezo stage can be easily combined with XY-elements of the XYZ series or with tilting piezoelectric modules of the PSH series to allow positioning with all degrees of freedom. Additionally this z-axis nano-positioning stage can run dynamically.
The PZ 400 OEM can optionally be equipped with an integrated measurement system (strain gauge sensors) that compensates for hysteresis.

FAQ
How do I choose between open-loop and closed-loop versions?
Choose closed-loop when you need absolute positioning accuracy and repeatability (e.g. measurement, alignment). Open-loop is more cost-effective and responds faster when you only need relative fine motion or scanning, or when your system already has its own feedback.
Can I test the unit before deciding?
Nahshon is the exclusive distributor of piezosystem jena in Taiwan and keeps commonly used demo units available for scheduled testing, with Chinese-language selection support and direct access to factory engineering.
How do I confirm pricing and lead time for PZ 400 OEM?
Add PZ 400 OEM along with your stroke, load and accuracy requirements to your inquiry list, and we'll help confirm the selection and reply with the factory quote and lead time.
