Product Description

The DS40 is a miniature piezo inertial drive translation stage with a fully closed housing. Guideway and drive are protected against dust, which makes the stage suitable for harsher industrial and laboratory environments.

The stage provides 11 mm of travel on a 40 x 40 mm footprint with an especially flat height of only 11 mm and a mass of 50 g. The maximum velocity is 1.2 mm/s, the bearing force (Fy, Fz) is 30 N, and yaw and pitch angles are 20 and 60 arcsec respectively. Vacuum and UHV editions are available.
