Series Overview

The MS/DS series is the Mechonics workhorse single-axis line: piezo inertia (stick-slip) drives delivering 3.5–30 mm travel and sub-micron stepping from a centimeter-scale package. Self-locking at rest with zero power and no heat; vacuum-compatible versions available, stackable in xy/xyz.

Applications & Selection
